Pine Tree Dairy

Pine Tree Farm. Kief was the leading force behind starting MDI Dairies Inc. See his “Chattel Mortgage” in “Dairy Histories”. He literally mortgaged the farm to start MDI Dairies which opened June 1932. This mortgage was recorded on the same day that Clarance Alley recorded his Chattel mortgage – February 1933. Both major shareholders and board members of MDI Dairies.
